Refund policy

At VENDO, we value your satisfaction and want to make sure you have a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before completing your purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns

- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation) is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

- Sale or discounted items (marked as final sale).

- Digital products or gift cards.

- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.


3. Defective or Wrong Item Received

- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

- Send photos or videos showing the defect/wrong item along with your order details.

- We will cover the shipping costs for approved defective/wrong-item returns.


4. Process for Returns

  1. Email us at vendomrkn@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to us at your own cost (except for defective/wrong items).

  4. We will inspect the item upon receipt.


5. Refunds

- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, GCash, PayPal, etc.).

- For Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, refunds will be made via bank transfer or GCash.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (defective/wrong item).


6. Exchanges

- Primary basis: We process exchanges for Defective or Wrong Item Received cases. In these cases, VENDO covers shipping for the return and replacement once approved.

- Other exchange requests (e.g., size/color):

a. Allowed only if the buyer shoulders all shipping costs (sending the item back and the re-delivery).

b. Item must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact.

c. Subject to stock availability. If the requested variation is out of stock, we will proceed with a refund per Section 5.
