Shipping policy

At VENDO, we work with trusted courier partners to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how we process and deliver your purchases.


1. Processing Time

- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- During peak seasons or high-volume sales periods, processing times may take longer. We’ll notify you of any expected delays whenever possible.


2. Shipping Rates

- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and courier rates.

- Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly indicated at checkout.

- For international orders (when available), customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by their local authorities.


3. Delivery Time

- Metro Manila: Estimated 2–4 business days after dispatch.

- Provincial areas: Estimated 4–7 business days after dispatch.

- Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched and handed over to the courier.

- Actual delivery times may vary due to courier schedules, weather conditions, holidays, or unforeseen delays.


4. Order Tracking

- Once shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS notification with your tracking number and courier details.

- You can track your package directly on the courier’s website using the provided tracking number.


5. Shipping Coverage

- We currently ship nationwide within the Philippines.

- For orders outside the Philippines, please contact us at vendomrkn@gmail.com before purchasing to confirm international shipping availability.


6. Delivery Attempts

- Couriers typically make two delivery attempts.

- If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, incomplete details, or the recipient’s absence, the package may be returned to us or stored by the courier.

- Customers will be responsible for any re-delivery fees, return shipping, or storage fees incurred.


7. Damaged or Lost Packages

- If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

- Include clear photos of the package, product, and shipping label, along with your order number and tracking details.

- We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue or process a replacement or refund, as applicable.


8. Address Accuracy

- Please ensure all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

- VENDO is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
